Kami has returned from the cloud forest with only a few insect bites, loads of adrenaline from canopying and clean lungs. Canopying btw is an interesting rainforest activity that kinda freezes your blood as you hang up there 100 meters above the ground. Imagine a forest up in the clouds with a few high points and a massive space in between. Those high points are connected with electrical rope and you are connected to this electrical rope by some weird to me gadgets and you are moving speedily from one high point to another. Scary stuff but it’s the funniest way to get a glimpse of the vastness and wildness of a cloudforest. As high as the the three tops you hang out there in the middle of the sky, space assumes new dimetions and you feel like little bug trapped in a spidernet.
If traveling is a drug I will soon need a rehab but..
The green was soothing,
the spiders bigger than the urban ones,
the birds were colorful
the nights were jazzy
